Soak up the charm of a one-of-the-kind mountain town on Main Street.

Home to quaint shops and boutiques, cozy bed and breakfasts and inns, and locally owned eateries, Frisco’s main drag is a enchanting thoroughfare framed by marbled 13,000- and 14,000-foot peaks.

Grab a memorable meal at more than 40 Frisco restaurants, bars, bistros and cafes. Whether you’re savoring a cup of fresh-roasted coffee at Rocky Mountain Coffee Roasters; devouring the braised-rabbit fettuccine at Bagalis or grabbing an oh-so-fresh jalapeno-cheddar baguette from The Butterhorn Bakery & Café, the options are seemingly endless.

The easy out-and-back trail takes hikers through wetlands and a lodgepole pine and aspen forest to the Rainbow Lake beaver pond. Walk, run or bike 55 miles of paved recreational pathways.

While Frisco maintains 12 miles of paved paths within town limits, the 55-mile Summit County Recreational Pathway System connects towns and resorts throughout Summit County, including Frisco, Breckenridge, Dillon and Keystone

The 18-mile route around Dillon Reservoir is another favorite with hikers and road bikers. The path includes an ascent over Swan Mountain and rewards hardy ramblers with a spectacular view at Sapphire Point. Meanwhile, bikers seeking an advanced and scenic ride can start at the top of Vail Pass for a 13-mile cruise back to town.

Show off your best bike tricks at Frisco Adventure Park.

The all-level bike park offers three slope-style lines, dirt jumps and a pump track. Other outdoor fun at the park includes a skate park, 18-hole disc golf course, and hiking and biking trails. 

Hook a pole-bending brown or rainbow trout.

Rent a pole Frisco Bay Marina and try your luck at Dillon Reservoir. Or head to Ten Mile Creek for 8 miles of fishing heaven (North Ten Miles flows off the Gore Range directly into Frisco). Popular catches in the area include smallmouth bass, crappie, walleye, catfish and trout.
